The lamp offers 5 lighting modes: white at 3% (barely illuminates the inside of the tent), white at 100% (100 lumens, bright enough to read if the light is above your head), red at 3% (practically nothing is visible), red at 100% (you can read for a while, but not very comfortably) and red SOS. The whole set weighs 150 g, plus the remote control 15 g and two lanyards 5 g. If you don’t care about having ultralight equipment, this could be a good choice.

The Red mode allows you to read maps or documents in the dark, and will also allow you to broadcast an SOS signal during an emergency situation.
