A small gadget you can always throw into your backpack. It's lightweight and doesn't take up much space, and it can turn out to be useful when needed. I wasn't expecting miracles, but it works fine – the radio receives clearly and the torch shines.
Midland ER100 Powerbank
Powerbank ER100 with radio function manufactured by Midland. It will come in handy during outdoor activities - hiking, camping, at the beach or in everyday situations when no external power supply is available.
The radio operates in the AM/FM wave bands and features a telescopic antenna, illuminated LED display with clock and a minijack for connecting e.g. headphones. The model is equipped with 1 USB-C output and 1 USB-A output.
Built-in battery, solar panel, crank generator
The ER100 uses environmentally friendly energy sources. The 2600 mAh Li-Ion battery is charged via the built-in solar module or hand crank dynamo. Charging from an external power source via a USB cable is also possible.
LED torch, SOS mode, ultrasonic whistle
In addition to its function as a radio, it can also act as a camping light, thanks to the built-in 130 lumens Cree LED. The LED illuminates in both continuous and flashing modes for sending an SOS signal in Morse code. The energy consumption when illuminated is controlled by means of a brightness control.
