Merrell Speed Strike 2 MID GTX Boots - Rock
Lightweight, durable footwear made from recycled materials and equipped with a GORE-TEX waterproof membrane. The model combines the functions of trekking and tactical footwear. The stiffened and raised upper guarantees the stability of the foot even in difficult terrain.
Synthetic leather, mesh material
The upper is made from a combination of synthetic leather and tear-resistant mesh fabric.
Additional reinforcements in the toe area and on the upper provide increased protection in difficult terrain.
GORE-TEX membrane
Breathable and waterproof, the GORE-TEX membrane effectively wicks away moisture while preventing water penetration from the outside.
EVA foam insole, Cleansport NXT
Removable insole made from 50% recycled EVA foam.
Cleansport NXT is an innovative technology that eliminates odours. It is based on bacteria introduced into the structure of the fabric, which, on contact with sweat, activate enzymes that destroy the bacteria responsible for the odour. This keeps the shoes fresh for a long time.
Rubber sole, EVA midsole
The Speed Strike 2 features a dual-layer EVA foam midsole that provides maximum support for the foot with excellent stabilisation and impact protection.
The durable, flexible rubber sole is abrasion-resistant and provides excellent cushioning. Its non-slip surface and deep tread offer great grip even on wet and slippery surfaces.
Lacing system, inserts at the tongue
The high sewn-in tongue prevents sand, dust and other debris from entering the shoes. The two-zone lacing system allows for a precise fit of the shoe and the loops at the back make it easy to get the shoes on and off.
