The gloves are fantastic. I use them on my scooter and electric bike in winter at -10 or even below, and my hands stay warm. Of course, everything depends on how you set the temperature in the app. They're a bit pricey, but really worth it.
Mechanix Wear ColdWork M-Pact Heated Gloves Brown/Black
Insulated, heavy-duty tactical gloves equipped with Clim8 technology - an intelligent heating system that turns on automatically when the glove is put on. The system adjusts and regulates the temperature inside the gloves regardless of external weather conditions. Thanks to a dedicated app, it is possible to personalize the settings and easily adjust the thermal comfort to your needs. The gloves are heated up by two 7.4V 3000mAh batteries, which can be recharged via the included charger.
ANSI/ISEA 105-4XX and EN511-231 standards
The gloves meet the American protective standard ANSI/ISEA 105 at level 4XX in terms of cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance, which means:
- 4: abrasion resistance (scale from 1 to 6)
- X: cut resistance (scale from A1 to A9)
- X: puncture resistance (scale from 0 to 5)
Cold protection complies with the EN511 standard at level 231, which means:
- 2: resistance to convective cold (scale 0–4)
- 3: resistance to contact cold (scale 0–4)
- 1: resistance to water penetration (0 or 1)
In the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is rated from 1 to 6 and refers to the number of cycles the material can withstand before wearing out. Cut resistance is classified on a scale from A1 to A9 (from lowest to highest level of protection). Puncture resistance is rated from 0 to 5 and indicates the force required to pierce the glove surface with a sharp probe (not applicable to needle punctures).
In the EN511 standard, the scale for water resistance is: 0 means penetration, 1 means no penetration.
In the TDM method (ISO 13997), letter markings are used, where A indicates the lowest protection and F the highest.
The symbol X means the parameter was not tested or is not applicable.
Made of DuraHide leather, non-slip surface
The gloves are made of durable DuraHide leather and reinforced with nylon stitching. The leather provides high resistance to mechanical damage, and its non-slip surface prevents the gloves from slipping. The material used on the fingertips on the grip side allows you to operate touchscreen devices.
PrimaLoft 133g Gold insulation, D30 4mm panels
The PrimaLoft 133g Gold synthetic insulation filling effectively warms and provides thermal comfort. Additional protection for the hand is provided by 4mm thick D3O panels, which absorb and dissipate impact energy. The design of the gloves allows you to bend your fingers and clench your hands into a fist.
Extended, fitted cuffs
The elongated cuffs are equipped with Velcro, allowing the gloves to be precisely adjusted to the wrist. The gloves meet the ABR level 4 protective standard for abrasion resistance (on a scale of 0-6) according to the ANSI standard.
Mechanix gloves are designed for professional soldiers and operators of special units. They will also prove useful during survival expeditions, ASG games and work in low temperatures.

PrimaLoft is a synthetic microfiber insulation material developed in the 1980s for the US military. It is composed of properly formed polyester microfibers that trap air inside, creating an insulating barrier with high compression capabilities. It features good water repellency (retains 96% of its properties when wet), windproofness, breathability and anti-allergenic properties.
D3O is a modern material with intelligent molecules that move freely during normal use. However, at the moment of impact, they fuse together, absorbing and dispersing energy, then rapidly return to an elastic state. As a result, the material effectively reduces vibration, protects hands from injury and reduces hand strain while working.
Durahide DRY is a technology that uses specially treated Durahide natural leather. The treatment makes the leather waterproof while maintaining high breathability and flexibility.
Clim8 is a smart heating technology used in Mechanix gloves that automatically adjusts the level of heat according to ambient conditions and the wearer's body temperature. With built-in sensors and control via a mobile app, the system actively regulates heating to ensure optimal thermal comfort without overheating. It works well in demanding winter conditions, offering precise and energy-efficient heat management.

Very good product. I use them when riding my electric bike and they perform excellently. I tested them at -4°C – my hands stayed warm even at half power. I have a low tolerance for cold, and previously even Revita (h2o liberty) motorcycle gloves weren't enough, as my fingers would get cold after 20 minutes. With these gloves, thermal comfort is much better.

The mower works well in winter, as well as during walks with the dog. It handles sub-zero temperatures without any problems and also works great when ice fishing – I really recommend it.
