The first aid kit has been carefully made. It is equipped with a roomy zip which makes it easier to close a full first aid kit. The internal organisation could be better, but all the necessary items fit without difficulty.
The ripped first aid kit is made of Cordura 560 and features a laser-cut MOLLE mounting system that allows the first aid kit to be attached to a belt, backpack or tactical vest.
The first aid kit opens with a convenient two-way YKK zipper, and the whole thing can be further secured with a snap buckle strap. Inside there are two pockets and elastic straps, allowing the contents to be organized and stable in the first aid kit.
The front features a small velcro panel with a red cross.

The first aid kit is well made. The large zip makes it easy to close, even when it is fully packed. The interior could be better organised, but nevertheless all the contents fit without any problem.

The first aid kit stands out with an interesting MAPA camouflage and decent, durable material. It is well-made. The interior could be better organised, as the current layout limits configuration options. All the elastic loops are the same size and there is no holder for scissors. Overall, a positive review, but a few elements need improvement. Nobody is perfect – there’s always room to improve.

The first aid kit surprises with its capacity and durability. I have been using it for over two years and nothing bad has happened to it. The panel can be attached to both a belt and a backpack. It would be nice if there was an option to buy an additional mounting panel.

The tear-off first aid kit is very solidly made. I have been using it on my tactical belt for a long time and I am very satisfied with it. It is spacious and durable. The MAPA camouflage looks much better in person than in the photos. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

The first aid kit is really good. The compartments inside are conveniently organised. A nice feature is the cover for the red cross symbol, which makes it easier to camouflage when needed.

The material, stitching, and camouflage are flawless. However, I see two major and two minor drawbacks: there is no option for horizontal molle mounting and no molle loops to attach a tourniquet, scissors, or a pocket for nitrile gloves. The elastic bands are only one size – more sizes would make organizing things like tweezers or a mirror easier. Another disadvantage is the lack of a quick-release handle on the other side of the first aid kit. I think Velcro and a paracord loop would be better than a buckle, as it would be easier to grip with gloves.

The first aid kit has many advantages, but also one major drawback. The downside is the not very well thought-out mounting system – it’s designed for a bit of everything, which personally doesn’t suit me. The elastic bands for equipment are all the same size, which seems impractical. On the plus side, there’s solid construction, durable material, a clever way of hiding the red cross with a Velcro strip, a sturdy zip, good size and capacity. The only benefit I see in the mounting system is the ability to attach it to a vest with Velcro.

It would be perfect if it were a bit bigger! Nevertheless, it's a great item!
