M-Tac IFAK Large Elite Gen.II Vertical Medical Pouch - Coyote
Large, vertical medical pouch designed for storing and transporting an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), made from abrasion and tear-resistant materials such as 500D Cordura and Cordura Squadron. The pouch consists of two components: a pocket and an organiser. The second-generation version is distinguished by additional MOLLE mounting panels located on the sides of the pouch.
two-part construction, velcro flap
The pouch is made from 500D Cordura and Cordura Squadron laminate, materials featuring very high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and use in demanding terrain conditions.
The pocket is closed with a velcro flap. This system includes an external pouch mounted to the accoutrement and a removable internal organiser adapted for medical equipment. The interior features compartments and flexible straps allowing for orderly arrangement of equipment elements.
compatibility with MOLLE/PALS system
Compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system allows the pouch to be attached to a tactical vest or other accoutrement elements. The use of Laser Cut technology enhances the durability of the mounting panel and reduces the weight of the construction. In the Gen. II model, additional side MOLLE panels are installed, allowing for the attachment of additional accessories such as a pouch for a tourniquet or rescue shears.
Modular design allows the user to easily adapt the equipment configuration to specific needs and operational specifics.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
Cordura Squadron is a thick and durable material consisting of a double layer of laminated Cordura (500D and 1000D). The specific fiber structure provides very good mechanical resistance (to abrasions and tears), high water resistance and durability even in extreme conditions. The material is used in the production of clothing, tactical equipment (e.g. MOLLE systems) and outdoor equipment, and is suitable for laser cutting, which allows precise cutting without fraying.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
