M-Tac Groin Protection Gen. II for ballistic inserts - MultiCam

A MultiCam camouflage ballistic groin guard designed to enhance protection against shrapnel. The design features a central panel and two movable side panels, which allow for freedom of movement during activities such as running, walking or squatting. Made from 500D Cordura and Tegris materials, and using Murdock Webbing straps. The one-size-fits-all design, adjustable via straps, allows for adaptation to various accouterment configurations. The Gen. II model features an improved fastening system, which improves stability on the tactical belt and allows for quicker removal of the module in emergency situations.

construction from 500D Cordura and Tegris composite

The protector is made from 500D Cordura fabric, which is highly resistant to abrasion, tearing and intensive use in challenging terrain. This material retains its properties even with prolonged use. The construction has been further reinforced with Tegris thermoplastic composite, sandwiched between layers of Cordura. This solution increases the rigidity of the mounting elements and improves the durability of the entire system without significantly increasing its weight. The Murdock Webbing used is characterised by high resistance to mechanical stress and enhances the stability of the construction.

MOLLE mounting system, Laser Cut technology

The side panels feature a Laser Cut MOLLE attachment system, which allows for the attachment of additional equipment. The module is attached to the tactical belt by weaving through the MOLLE system slots, which ensures stability and allows for further integration of equipment with the belt.

Tape with Woojin Grip Toggle frame, Due Emme 2M fastex buckles

The lower part of the module utilises a strap finished with a Woojin Grip Toggle, ensuring quick and secure attachment to the tactical belt. Italian DUE EMME (2M) Fastex buckles allow the module to be quickly detached in situations requiring immediate reconfiguration of equipment. The design features movable side panels that effectively reduce discomfort during dynamic movement.

MultiCam Camouflage

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

Cordura feature
Cordura

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

System MOLLE feature
System MOLLE

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.

Woojin buckles feature
Woojin buckles

Woojin buckles are a type of buckles and fasteners made of high-quality materials such as polyamide or polypropylene, which ensures durability and weather resistance. They are widely used in the manufacture of backpacks, bags, clothing and tactical gear, providing sturdy, reliable and easy-to-use fasteners.

Laser Cut System feature
Laser Cut System

LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.

Tegris feature
Tegris
Tegris is a lightweight and durable thermoplastic composite developed by Milliken, made of 100% polypropylene. It provides high protection against impacts, punctures and debris while maintaining very low weight. The material is characterized by high rigidity and resistance to extreme temperatures, chemicals and weather conditions. It is used in tactical and military equipment, motorsports and premium luggage. The material is easy to mold and fully recyclable.
