M-Tac EVA Gen. III Knee Pad Inserts - Grey

Cheap product, very comfortable and easy to trim. They bend easily even when standing, so they do not stick out under the trousers. I especially recommend them for people on a tight budget.

The inserts do their job, they are comparable to military products. They protect the leg when kneeling on hard or sharp objects like glass or stones. However, they are not exceptional – traditional knee pads still work better than these inserts.

For people who don’t like hard plastic knee pads, this is an excellent solution. You just need to trim the sides, as they are too large for most trousers. I use them with Helikon CPU trousers – they are comfortable and provide breathability.

I bought Texar WZ10 Ripstop wz.93 inserts for trousers and they fit perfectly. There was no need to trim them – I just folded the side wings inwards and the inserts slid in perfectly.

These inserts are very thick, and the sides almost always need to be trimmed down a lot to fit the trousers – they are quite large. They do their job well, ventilation through the slits is a plus. Sometimes, after trimming, the sides of the inserts shift or slide out.

The inserts do their job well and are compatible with Helikon trousers. They can be trimmed to fit. They effectively protect the knee when kneeling on hard, uneven surfaces. I'm satisfied with the purchase for this price.

The foam is thick and does its job well. I just had to cut off the protruding 'ears' for the inserts to fit trousers of another brand. Apart from that, everything is fine, I recommend the product!

The inserts have the right thickness, they don't cause discomfort, stay in place, and fit securely into the intended openings in the trousers. The ability to cut them to the required size is a huge advantage – you can choose any shape. The lightweight EVA foam doesn't absorb water, insulates well from the ground, and is thin enough to wear daily in trousers almost without noticing them. I recommend this product.

The inserts are fairly large, but their advantage is the ease of proportional trimming to ensure a better fit. They are significantly thicker than competing solutions. After adjusting, they fit well on the knees and are comfortable, although they are still quite visible and you might consider completely removing the stabilising side edges. A plus for ventilation – the cut-outs make your leg sweat less than with solid inserts. They do their job well, cushioning and knee protection are at a high level.

I did not expect the inserts to be this big – they are 25x24 cm. The foam is thick enough. You can easily cut them to any size. They protect and cushion the knees well.

Very good inserts. You can adjust them freely by trimming the sides, so they fit most trousers with knee pockets. The foam used is soft enough and resistant to stones.

For the price, the inserts are very good. It’s easy to trim and fit them to practically any pocket in trousers from different brands. They are light and don’t get in the way when wearing them, and after several weeks of use outdoors, there are no visible signs of wear.
