M-Tac Alpha Gen. IV Jacket - MM14

Hooded jacket made of durable fabric, equipped with polyamide lining and Cordura reinforcements . The high-quality membrane provides water resistance of 8000 mm/m2 and vapor permeability of 8000 g/m2/24h. The interior of the jacket is insulated with synthetic G-Loft filling of 150 g/m2, which guarantees excellent thermal comfort. The model uses zippers of the well-known brand YKK.

The material used is characterized by high resistance to damage, and at the same time it is easy to clean and care for, which makes the jacket practical in all conditions. Key elements, such as the bottom of the jacket and the hood adjustment, are reinforced with durable Cordura, which further protects against damage. The polyamide lining effectively protects against wind.

The inside of the jacket is insulated with a synthetic layer of 150 g/m2, which provides thermal comfort in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius. The insulation retains its properties even when wet, making the jacket provide warmth in harsh, wet conditions. Thanks to its elasticity and lightness, the filling perfectly protects against the cold without weighing down the wearer, which guarantees high wearing comfort.

The jacket is equipped with six pockets:

• two large zippered chest pockets
• two pockets on the shoulders with a zipper
• a pocket on the left forearm, zippered
• internal mesh pocket, zippered

The chest pockets are lined with fleece to keep hands warm on cold days.

The main zipper is finished with a collar, protecting the neck from the wind. Velcro panels are placed on the shoulders and chest, which allow you to attach patches, flags or so-called Morale Patches.

The integrated hood with adjustment effectively protects against rain, while elastic cuffs and a drawstring at the bottom allow the jacket to fit the wearer's body perfectly.

The name MM-14 is an abbreviation for маскувальний малюнок (maskuvalʹnyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and the year 2014, when this camouflage was officially introduced. The pattern is inspired by the American UCP camouflage, but shades were chosen to match the natural colors found on Ukrainian territory. The introduction of the MM-14 camouflage was an important step in the reform of the Ukrainian army, aimed at breaking with post-Soviet influences. Unofficially, the camouflage is also known by the names Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
