A ten-day freeze-dried food set for one person, including main courses, soups, breakfasts and fruit snacks. The set contains healthy and natural meals rich in nutrients, which can be prepared quickly and easily without the need for cooking. The whole set is packed in two compact, lightweight containers with handles.

Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum-dehydrating food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the production technology used, freeze-dried food is a wholesome meal, fulfilling the high demands of extreme activities such as climbing, high-altitude mountaineering, sailing and qualified hiking, both in summer and winter. Used by polar explorers, travellers and competitive athletes on various expeditions and camps.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once the sachet is opened, consume immediately. Meals can be eaten straight from the packet. To rehydrate, add the contents of the sachet to boiled water, stir and leave covered. After a few minutes, the meal is ready to eat.
