Sharpening system, which includes three stones of different gradations. Using them sequentially during the sharpening process, they repair and give working sharpness to the cutting edge in the knife. The surface area of the sharpening stones is 12 mm by 100 mm.
A set of guides and clamps allow sharpening at four angles: 17, 20, 25, 30 degrees. To facilitate the sharpening process, the manufacturer has included oil in the set.
Gradation of stones:
120 - for the initial sharpening process
280 - to give working sharpness
600 - use in the final sharpening process
