Thanks to their special construction, they combine the advantages of classic hinged and rigid models – compact for transport, while offering full control over the restrained individual.
stainless steel construction
Made of stainless steel compliant with PN-EN 10088-1, the material is non-toxic to the body, resistant to mechanical damage, and does not cause allergies. Absence of galvanic coatings, such as nickel or zinc, meets the requirements of EU Directive 76/769/EEC-94/27/EEC and planned national regulations for skin-contact products.
Structure and operating mechanism
The model consists of two symmetrical cuffs connected by a single-sided hinge. The construction allows for full 180-degree extension, effectively restricting the detainee’s movement and enabling control without physical contact. Wide wrist openings respond to needs reported by Polish uniformed services.
The locking system is based on a double-pawl mechanism with a movable ratchet arm. Both cuffs are equipped with a ratchet lock that allows locking the mechanism in any position, preventing excessive tightening and accidental opening. The lock is activated by pressing the pin in the key, and released by turning it. The cuff shape reduces the risk of abrasions and injuries with proper use.
Ergonomics and safety
The hinge allows the handcuffs to fold similarly to chain models, making them easier to carry in a standard holster. When fully extended to 180 degrees, they function as rigid cuffs, providing effective immobilization. When worn correctly with the hinge on the outside, movement is limited through contact with the forearm. The keyholes are located on the inner side, which hinders access and prevents self-release by the detainee.
Strength requirements
The construction meets the requirements for static forces:
- breaking force of 2300 N – applied in the plane of one cuff while the other is immobilized. After the force is removed, the product retains full usability.
- bending force of 500 N – the cuff is mounted on the hinge side, and the force is applied perpendicularly at the opposite end. No permanent deformation occurs.

I know it's a great product, but mine arrived in a plastic bag and were heavily scratched. I expected new and presentable handcuffs, but I received something that looked already used. For those interested – this is just an information, because overall I recommend them, they work as they should and are well made. I also checked the details with the manufacturer and these handcuffs are considered among the best, standing out for their craftsmanship. I rate the purchase positively, although I expected packaging, especially considering the price.

The transport lock works very well. The handcuffs easily fit even larger wrists without pinching too much. The hinge is strong and only allows for one-way use, which makes it easier to quickly secure the second hand without stress. Excellent work by the manufacturer!
