Keen Targhee IV MID WP Shoes - Bison/Black

Trekking shoes in Bison colourway with a mid-height upper, designed for long hikes. The upper is made from high-quality Better Leather nubuck and mesh, and the whole design is based on the glue-free Keen Fusion bonding technology. The model stands out with advanced cushioning, a waterproof Keen Dry membrane, and a solution that reduces the formation of unpleasant odours.

The upper is made of nubuck leather sourced from sustainable tanneries affiliated with the LWG (Better Leather), mesh, and a durable TPU overlay, which translates into optimal protection and durability. The leather mudguard protects against dirt, while the padded tongue improves comfort on long routes. The original Keen fit used in this model provides ample room in the forefoot, allowing the toes to rest naturally.

The waterproof and breathable Keen Dry membrane creates a barrier that protects feet from external moisture while wicking away water vapour.

Inside the footwear there is a removable Luftcell PU insole that supports long-lasting comfort. Eco Odor Control technology uses active probiotics to effectively reduce the formation of unpleasant odours.

The sole uses Keen Fusion technology, permanently bonding it to the upper without the use of glue. The midsole features Luftcell foam and LuftCore technology, based on embedding a lightweight core in denser foam to improve cushioning. The multidirectional, non-marking tread provides traction on varied terrain, while a lightweight plate stabilises the entire structure.

The classic lacing system uses laces made from recycled PET bottles, allowing for efficient adjustment of the shoe.
