I thought the name K9 had some greater significance :) The lead was bought for a young German Shepherd. A four-month-old puppy destroyed it after two days of gentle use. Maybe it will be suitable for an adult dog who no longer chews things. However, the product description was somewhat misleading. I have a short lead from the breeder’s kit (with a dog food brand) which the puppy didn’t damage in two months of intensive use. Now that is a sturdy lead!

At this price, it’s an unbeatable product – very good quality, sits comfortably and doesn’t catch on the dog’s fur. It doesn’t tangle, which is a common issue with other leads, plus dirt and soil are easy to remove from it. The only thing I miss is a bigger loop at the end – you have to come up with your own way to attach or hold it. The snap hook is solid, and the whole thing is well made.
