JB Tacticals Z-Fold Compressed Gauze 11.43 x 375 cm
Compression gauze for filling heavily bleeding wounds, such as gunshot wounds, and for dressing in place of traditional dressing gauze. Made of six-ply cotton, it is characterised by high absorbency, effectively absorbing blood and fluids.
Thanks to its packaging, the gauze takes up little space, making it easy to carry in the first aid kit. When removed from the pack, the gauze increases in volume, collecting air, which improves its effectiveness in stopping bleeding. It can be used as a first or second layer of dressing, as well as part of TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) on the battlefield.
