Unfortunately, the lower negative MOLLE strap is stitched too low, so it overlaps with the MOLLE on the backpack. This means you can’t use it... The bag still holds on the upper MOLLE straps, it’s just not ideal.

Overall a very good and practical bag, unbeatable for the price. There is enough space to stow all sorts of things. I deduct one star because the MOLLE straps are not well designed. If you attach the bag to a rucksack using MOLLE, the lower negative MOLLE strap is exactly over the negative MOLLE strap of the rucksack. You can still attach it and it holds, but it's not ideal.

I ordered the green version of the first aid kit and it looks great. I managed to fit everything I planned inside, and even more. The MOLLE straps allow for convenient attachment to a backpack or bag, and the Velcro panel enables quick removal if needed. A very good product at an attractive price!
