JB Tacticals JB-07 Alarm Radio - Orange

The emergency radio in Orange is a compact survival tool powered by a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery, hand crank or solar panel. It enables FM/AM/WB station reception, and serves as a power bank and LED torch with an SOS mode. It is useful during power cuts (blackout), evacuation, camping and sudden emergency situations.

The housing is made of durable plastic with increased mechanical resistance, meeting the IPX5 rating. It provides protection against water jets from any direction, allowing the device to remain fully operational even in rain or when splashed. The side surfaces are covered with a non-slip texture that improves grip security. The front features a clear LCD display, making operation and work modes easier to control. The compact design with contoured edges, as well as the integrated handle and hook, make transport easier and allow the radio to be hung in a tent, vehicle or on a backpack.

The model is equipped with a telescopic aerial responsible for stable reception in the FM (87-108 MHz), AM (520-1710 kHz) and WB (162,400-162,550 MHz) bands with seven weather channels. The Auto Alert WB function automatically notifies about weather alerts broadcast in the NOAA Weather Alert - system, and the alarm signal activates even when the radio remains completely muted. Clear and distinct playback of messages is provided by a 5 W speaker with precise 27-level volume control (levels 0–27).

The device is equipped with an efficient LED torch with long-range and diffused lighting modes, allowing convenient illumination of a road or campsite. In emergencies, the radio lets you activate an SOS alarm with a red pulsing light, creating a warning and rescue signal clearly visible from a long distance.

The lithium-polymer rechargeable battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh (3,7 V) provides long operating time and can serve as a power source for other mobile devices. The built-in solar panel (5,5 V / 45 mA) allows the battery to be recharged with solar energy in the field. Additionally, the device is equipped with a manual hand-crank generator (5 V / 450 mA). One minute of steady cranking (at a speed of approx. 120 rpm in one direction) provides about 8 minutes of radio operation or 25-30 minutes of torch operation. To maintain optimal cell life, it is recommended to recharge the device every 3 months.

The JB Tacticals JB-07 model is equipped with a practical set of ports that enables broad use of the device. Available are a USB-A output port (5 V / 1.5 A) for charging phones (power bank function), a USB-C input port (5 V / 1.5 A) for charging the radio, and a 3.5 mm audio jack for connecting headphones, which automatically mutes the main speaker once the plug is inserted. In addition, the radio is equipped with a Bluetooth Audio module, allowing wireless playback of music or announcements directly from a smartphone.
