A set of specialized hip band type training rubbers. Made of high-quality material, resistant to repeated stretching. Designed to train the muscles of the buttocks and the entire group of thigh muscles.
Hip band rubbers allow you to perform a full workout of the lower muscles, so they can be used as a stand-alone training equipment. It is also possible to use the rubber bands with other equipment, which will increase the level of difficulty of the exercises. For example, when performing squats with a barbell, the use of rubbers will allow you to exercise not only the quadriceps, biceps and gluteal muscles, but also (thanks to the rubbers) the adductor muscles.
HB12 are more durable and long-lasting than mini band rubbers. So they will work well in more difficult and demanding workouts. You can also use them for warm-ups, during which you effectively activate your muscles to work, which will significantly reduce the risk of injury.
The set includes two rubbers (size M and L) and a carrying bag.
