A set of specialized training bands designed for hip exercises. Crafted from high-quality material, capable of withstanding repeated stretching. Intended to target the muscles of the buttocks and the entire thigh muscle group.
Hip bands enable a comprehensive workout of the lower body muscles, making them suitable as standalone training equipment.
