Hid-Ration Hypotonic Dietary Supplement - 20 effervescent tablets

A dietary supplement in the form of orange-flavoured dissolvable tablets. It ensures effective and rapid rehydration during physical exertion or work in challenging conditions, and replenishes lost electrolytes. It supplements the diet with minerals, vitamins and amino acids.

The product provides 5 key electrolytes: magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium, chloride, zinc, amino acids: beta-alanine, L-carnitine, L-glutamine, 5 B vitamins and vitamin C. Contains a sweetener.

The formula was developed in collaboration with experts in the fields of nutrition and human physiology. Hid-Ration is the official electrolyte drink of the Polish National Team and the Polish Basketball League.

Directions for use: dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of cool water and drink immediately after preparation. Take 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Note: this product should not be used by people who are predisposed to kidney stones or who suffer from kidney stones. Intended for adults.
