As usual, really good Helikon quality in material and sewing. For use: it is not big, so don't expect an "all-healing" medikit. But it also means that even when full, it is still not a distracting item on a belt. Wearing it on civilian outfits, there are no restrictions to movement in all-day activities. For contents I use 1x combat gauze, 1x 5" combat bandage, 3 pairs of latex gloves, an isothermal blanket and a triangular bandage. It fits in 2 mesh pockets with zips, so you can shell-open the pouch and use the material without it all falling out. If you're accustomed to your gear, you can use it even without directly looking at the pouch (such as when it's on the back side of the belt, etc.).
