People who know the Helikon UTP trousers already have certain expectations of the product. Here, the main difference is that the leg ends above the knees, unlike in the longer version – which significantly increases wearing comfort. The YKK zip in the fly works very smoothly, indicating high quality. As for the Adaptive Green colour, in reality it's almost identical to the photos on the website, possibly just slightly darker – although in different pictures online, it may look different. The sizing matches the description, and the wide legs do not restrict movement.

Great shorts, I chose the red colour and they look very nice – the shade of red is subtle. They have plenty of roomy pockets and a comfortable elastic waistband, which allows you to adjust them well. I ordered size XXL at 99 kg and with a slight belly – they fit perfectly.

I really liked the Helikon-Tex UTS Denim Stretch shorts as an option for summer and everyday wear. They look like ordinary denim shorts, but they feel much better in terms of comfort. The material has a bit of stretch, so they are comfortable for walking, sitting, driving, or staying active throughout the day. The fit is normal, nothing feels tight or gets in the way. I also especially liked that the pockets are well thought out. A phone, keys, wallet, or small items can be organised properly, and they do not stick out as awkwardly as they do in ordinary shorts. Marine Blue looks understated and goes easily with T-shirts, shirts, or a light jumper. For very active hiking, I would choose a more outdoor-oriented model, but for the city, travel, walks, and trips into nature, these shorts are a very good choice. I am happy with the purchase because they are genuinely comfortable and look good for everyday wear.

These are comfortable shorts with fairly wide legs. They have a standard length and extend below the knee. They are equipped with many practically designed pockets, most of which can be closed. The interestingly designed back pocket also deserves attention. The zip works smoothly, and the hook-and-loop fastening holds well for now — let’s hope it does not weaken over time and start coming undone. In terms of build quality, they are of a very high standard.

good quality and good prices, size and colour are appropriate, I think the quality is absolutely good, it can be used in the long term, there is a guarantee for everything and it is worth buying more than you might need.

In my opinion, the whole UTP line (now being replaced by the UTS series) is great. Just remember that the 8.5' length goes above the knee, so it's worth choosing the right leg length according to your preference.

If you are looking for reliable and functional shorts for summer, these are the ones. I bought them having already had a positive experience using trousers from Helikon-Tex. The shorts fully met my expectations: the PolyCotton Rip-Stop material is both strong and light, there are lots of pockets, and they are very cleverly positioned.
