Helikon-Tex MCDU NyCo Rip-Stop Field Uniform Trousers - wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland

Durable MCDU combat trousers (Modern Combat Duty Uniform) in wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage, designed for intensive tactical operations, patrols, and missions in difficult terrain. Made from durable NyCo Rip-Stop fabric with a grammage of 235 g/m2 and NIR/IRR technology that reduces visibility in night vision, with flexible VersaStretch panels and 500D Cordura reinforcements on the knees. The design is complemented by 12 ergonomic pockets adapted for carrying AR magazines, a thigh ventilation zip system, and reliable YKK zips from the Japanese brand.

The design is based on NyCo Rip-Stop material with a grammage of 235 g/m2 and a composition of 50% cotton and 50% nylon, providing good tear resistance while maintaining full breathability. In critical zones at the waist, crotch, and back of the knees, there are elastic inserts made of VersaStretch fabric, stretchable in 4 directions (4-way stretch), which translates into full mobility during dynamic position changes and kneeling. The knee area is protected by 500D Cordura reinforcements that protect against abrasion on rough ground, while NIR/IRR technology (Near Infrared / Infrared Reflective) makes the fabrics and components absorb and reflect radiation in a way similar to a forest environment, effectively reducing silhouette contrast in night vision devices.

The trousers feature an extensive system of 12 functional pockets optimised for combat operations:

• 2 classic hip pockets - front compartments with reinforced edges that protect the fabric from abrasion caused by knife or multitool clips,
• 2 rear pockets - open hip compartments for smaller accessories and handy equipment,
• 4 magazine pockets - two at the front and two at the back, adapted for stable carrying of AR-standard magazines or a smartphone without restricting freedom of movement,
• 2 roomy front cargo pockets - located on the thighs, spacious transport compartments securing larger equipment during movement,
• 2 rear cargo pockets - additional thigh pockets positioned at the back for optimal load distribution,
• 2 lower zip pockets - flat, discreet compartments located in the lower part of the legs for small spare items.

The waistband is fastened with a wide velcro (velcro) closure that allows precise circumference adjustment and a tailored fit at the waist. The design is complemented by wide, strong loops compatible with combat and shooting belts with a width of up to 45 mm, keeping loaded accoutrement stable even during intense running. All pocket and vent closures are equipped with durable zips from the Japanese manufacturer YKK.

In the thigh area, between the cargo pockets, there are vertical ventilation zips backed with mesh that, when opened, create an efficient air circulation channel during strenuous marching in higher temperatures. The Cordura reinforcements on the knees also function as pockets for low-profile protective neoprene inserts. The bottoms of the legs are equipped with elastic drawstrings with cord locks, allowing the fabric to be tightened precisely around the upper part of the footwear and protecting against sand and insects getting inside.

The wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage pattern is the camouflage currently used by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland - the first camouflage pattern designed and introduced into widespread use in the Third Polish Republic. The 1993 pattern offers a combination of mimetic and disruptive properties thanks to the use of irregular patches of different sizes. The colour scheme based on green, brown, and black was adapted to the conditions of Polish forests, making “Pantera” an apt choice for operations in domestic terrain. Uniforms in this camouflage are also basic equipment for students of Military Uniformed Classes.
