The jacket does its job well – as is usually the case with Helikon, I wasn’t disappointed. At 186 cm tall and 92 kg in weight, size XL fits perfectly, and even after putting on a hoodie there is still a bit of room left, which suits me very well, because I’m not keen on very close-fitting clothing. A fleece worn underneath keeps the warmth in well, so it is excellent for autumn days, and it also copes well with a light frost. The large number of pockets for bits and pieces and other handy items is a considerable advantage, as are the underarm vents, which are very practical. I spent a long time deciding between this model and the MK Trooper II, but for autumn weather this choice turned out to be decidedly better. The Trooper is likely to be better suited to active leisure. I recommend it.

This is a very comfortable and functional jacket, suitable for both everyday wear and outdoor activities. It effectively protects against the wind, and the material is durable and pleasant to wear. The numerous pockets are a major advantage, as they allow you to keep all the necessary items close at hand. The cut provides freedom and does not restrict movement. In my opinion, this is a genuinely successful softshell, especially for cooler and windy days.

Good jacket at a reasonable price. Helikon Tex is a brand I generally like quite a lot, although not all products offer good value for money. In this case, it's a jacket I've had for years and I've bought a new one in another colour; during all this time, it's given me excellent performance, using it almost daily. What I have noticed is a slight difference in the sizing—the old jacket I use is size S, and the new one, even being the same size (different colour), seems more fitted and tailored. I recommend purchasing this product.

This is already my second Gunfighter jacket from Helikon-Tex and once again I am very pleased with my purchase. My previous jacket served me for a long time, so I had high expectations, but I was positively surprised that the manufacturer improved several details compared to the previous version. The new material under the zippered ventilation openings under the arms deserves special mention – it is now more practical and leaves a better impression than before. In addition, the jacket still has all the features I valued in the previous model: it protects effectively against the wind, copes with light rain, is comfortable, and the pocket layout is very functional. It works great both for everyday use and for outdoor outings. High quality workmanship, comfort and functionality – I can definitely recommend this product.

I've been using the jacket for a short time, but I can already see that it's very practical and does its job excellently – it effectively protects against wind, drizzle, and wet snow. The high collar protects the neck, and the adjustable hood shields the head well. The vents under the arms allow for better ventilation during more intense activity. The only minor downside for me are the high-placed side pockets, which aren't very comfortable for keeping your hands in. Additionally, when I bought the jacket, the choice of colours and sizes was very limited, and I really needed it.

I am very satisfied with the Helikon-Tex Gunfighter jacket in Shadow Grey – it's an excellent choice. The jacket is extremely comfortable and, to my surprise, provides great warmth – when the temperature is above 5°C, I only need a T-shirt underneath and I feel very comfortable. The Shark Skin material with the Windblocker membrane protects perfectly against gusts of wind, providing a high level of thermal comfort. I particularly like the large number of pockets, arranged in a very thoughtful way – they fit all the necessary items. The jacket is well finished and very functional, so I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a durable softshell.

Fits very well. I am 173 cm tall and weigh 75 kg, with a chest circumference of 105 cm. I wear the jacket during reservist exercises with the Bundeswehr and I'm completely satisfied. When it's cold, a fleece jacket and vest also fit underneath. The zips don't press under the plate carrier. Very good product. The flecktarn pattern matches the original Bundeswehr camouflage pattern 100%.

I recommend this jacket – I've been using it for three years now and even at -10 degrees it works well in winter. You just need to wear a sweatshirt and a long-sleeved shirt underneath, there's no need for specialist thermal clothing. After reading the reviews of the Helikon winter jacket, I definitely recommend this softshell more.
