This is the best vest in the wz. 93 pattern I've managed to find. It's very lightweight, which I especially appreciate in the summer as it doesn't get as hot. The only thing I would change is the colour of the fastenings – they could be a darker shade of green.

A durable Plate Carrier tactical vest made of tear- and abrasion-resistant nylon. It is designed to carry ballistic plates or their dummies. The vest features a MOLLE/PALS modular system, which allows for the attachment of additional accoutrements.
The front flaps are fastened with buckles hidden under the main fabric, while an emergency handle is located on the back. The front and back panels are edged with soft Velcro, allowing for the attachment of patches and emblems. The Velcro dimensions are compatible with the insignia of most uniformed services. An internal pocket on the front allows for the storage of small accessories.
An elastic panel on the inside of the vest allows it to be adjusted to fit ballistic plates of various shapes and thicknesses. The Guardian Plate Carrier is compatible with various types of plates—E-Cut (SAPI/ESAPI), Swimmer Cut, and Shooter Cut.

The plate carrier from Helikon is a great vest. I use it together with the Helikon Guardian Cummerbund Quick Release side panels and the Guardian Flap pouch, which together make a solid set. I definitely recommend it.
