For 25 PLN, the product is alright, but it's better suited as a pouch than a first aid kit. In my opinion, additional stitching on the elastic bands would be helpful because their size makes it hard to fit anything in, and everything moves around. I don't quite understand the elastic bands connecting both sides, as they make access to the contents more difficult. The MOLLE system is a plus. As a pouch, it serves its purpose, but if you need a first aid kit, I recommend something else.
Durable nylon medical pouch, equipped with a two-sided zip, allowing full-length opening for quick access to contents.
The interior has been designed with practical organisation in mind - there are elastic fastening straps and compartments designed to organise medical equipment. A Molle-compatible mounting system allows easy attachment to rucksacks, vests or tactical belts.
The first aid kit is offered empty - without equipment.

Camouflage wz.93 "Pantera"
The wz.93 "Pantera" camouflage pattern is currently used by the Polish Armed Forces. It was the first camouflage pattern designed and introduced into widespread use in the Third Polish Repubic. The 1993 pattern combines mimetic and deforming properties through the use of irregular spots of various sizes. The color scheme, based on green, brown, and black, has been adapted to the conditions of Polish forests, making "Pantera" a good choice for operations in the native terrain. Uniforms in this camouflage pattern are also part of the basic equipment for students of Military Uniform Classes.

Initially, I bought the pouch with the idea of using it as a first aid kit, but eventually I started using it to store various small items, and it works even better for that purpose. As for its use as a first aid kit, the interior could be better designed for such applications. On the plus side, I appreciate the material and the molle attachment system.
-
Very good pouch for a first aid kit. Appropriate size, sturdy material, seems very durable. The zips move smoothly, it held everything I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
-
I already have a first aid kit, and I bought this medical pouch to store a torch, knife, firestarter, and other small items as an organiser. Made from solid polyester, carefully sewn, at an attractive price – it met my expectations. I recommend it, although in my opinion it works better as a medical pouch than as an organiser.
