Not bad, although not perfect.
Pros:
- Light weight (lighter than Spike)
- Can and bottle opener (Spike only has one for bottles)
- Has what you need in a small volume
- Has a clip
- Looks nice
Disadvantages:
- The blade is smaller than in the Spike
- The scissors give a not very solid impression, as if they don't want to cut all the way, although on the other hand, if you press the lever all the way down, they work very well and cut all the way through

Overall, I recommend it! A pocket knife well made and not as stiff (and chunky) as Victorinox ;) Perfect for EDC! What to want more? :)
