Temperature ratings and usage conditions
Temperature ratings for the Svalbard sleeping bag according to EN 13537 standard:
- T-comfort: -6 C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably,
- T-limit: -13 C – the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -33 C – the minimum survival temperature. Not recommended for regular use.
10D Rip-Stop nylon with Water Repellent coating
Both the outer and inner layers are made of lightweight 10D Rip-Stop nylon with a hydrophobic WR (Water Repellent) coating that reduces moisture absorption. The Rip-Stop weave ensures resistance to abrasion and prevents further damage in case of tears. Inside, there are loops for attaching a thermal liner and a small pocket for essentials.
Goose down filling, H-shaped construction
Efficient thermal insulation is provided by Polish goose down in a 93+/7 ratio with 900 cuin fill power. It features excellent compressibility, allowing the bag to pack down small. H-shaped baffles prevent the filling from shifting. The shark fin-shaped footbox adapts to the natural position of the feet, offering better thermal comfort and more internal space. The bottom is sewn at a 70-degree angle.
Right-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
The model features a two-way zipper located on the right side, allowing it to be opened from both the top and bottom. A fluorescent puller makes handling the zipper easier in the dark. The Anti-Bite system prevents the fabric from getting caught. The zipper is secured on the inside with a thermal baffle. The model can be joined with another sleeping bag from the same series.
Integrated hood, DUO drawcord, thermal collar
The 3D-shaped hood enhances head insulation and minimizes heat loss in cold conditions. Its shape also protects against wind and moisture. The DUO drawcord combines elastic around the neck, allowing the arm to extend without adjusting, and a rear strap for quick loosening. The internal thermal collar, a down-filled tube with a drawcord at shoulder height, effectively blocks cold air from entering.

Easy to transport and store. When packed, the sleeping bag measures 36 x 19 cm and weighs just 990 g, making it ideal for minimalist trips.
