ESS Rollbar Black Retail Silver Logo Kit Tactical Glasses

Rollbar are glasses offering the highest level of ballistic protection, fitted with the Rollbar Lens Gate system allowing for rapid lens replacement. The Retail – Silver Logo version features a silver ESS logo on the arms. The 2.2 mm thick polycarbonate lenses are made with ESSOPTICS technology, ensuring distortion-free vision across the entire field of view and providing 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation. The ESS ToughZone Anti-scratch Lens Coating increases the surface’s resistance to scratches.

Polycarbonate visors, 2.2 mm thick and made with ESSOPTICS technology, are completely free from visual distortion across the whole visual range and provide 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation. The use of ESS ToughZone Anti-scratch Lens Coating technology further improves scratch resistance. Additionally, this model includes a rapid lens replacement system. Rollbar complies with ballistic standards of U.S. MIL SPEC MIL-PRF-31013 (3.5.1.1), ANSI Z87.1-2010, CE and US Federal OSHA requirements.

Frames made from durable composite

Frame created from a highly durable thermoplastic composite, with low-profile arms free from pressure points. This model is compatible with headsets, hearing protectors, hats and helmets. Openings on the arm ends are designed for fitting a safety strap, and the broad base adds extra protection for the side of the face.

    These are another pair of ESS glasses that I have bought and once again I’m not disappointed. I use them both at work and on a daily basis, with two types of lenses. The frames are durable and flexible, especially in the hinge area. Changing the lenses is very quick, and the lenses do not scratch easily. I recommend using antifog spray. The glasses stay securely on the head and don’t slide off. I definitely recommend them!

    Great glasses. Their main advantages are: - appearance resembling regular glasses, - very low weight, - stable fit on the head (they do not move even during intense exercises like burpees), - thin temples, working well with hearing protectors, - compact case. The disadvantages I include: - they can fog up during heavy exertion on colder days (it's worth using anti-fog agents), - they have a slightly smaller field of view than glasses resembling goggles.
