The glasses combine a distinctive shape inspired by military aviator sunglasses with solutions developed for eye protection in demanding conditions. Protection is provided by a wide visor made of polycarbonate with a thickness of 2.2 mm, set in an aluminium frame.
The lenses provide full protection against UVA and UVB radiation, and compliance with ANSI Z87.1 and MIL-PRF-31013 confirms that the model is suitable for use in environments where eyesight is exposed to impacts, splinters, and fragments.
Polycarbonate visor, protection against UVA/UVB radiation
The visor is made of polycarbonate with a thickness of 2.2 mm. The material combines low weight, mechanical resistance, and optical clarity. The brown tint of the lens reduces the amount of intense light reaching the eyes and increases visual comfort in bright surroundings.
The mirrored coating further reduces light reflections from the surface of the visor. This solution works well during work and outdoor activities, especially in strong sunlight or in light reflected from bright ground. The lenses provide 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation.
aluminium frame, slim temples
The frame is made of aluminium. The material provides adequate rigidity of the construction while maintaining relatively low weight. The temples have a slim profile, which reduces pressure on the sides of the head. This makes it easier to use the glasses together with hearing protectors, communication headsets, and other equipment worn on the head.
The design uses 2 soft support points around the nose, which stabilise the frame and reduce the risk of the glasses shifting during movement.

MIL-PRF-31013 is an American military standard that covers the requirements for protective glasses that provide ballistic eye protection. The standard specifies the glasses' ability to withstand the impact of a .15-inch (3.8-mm) steel bullet weighing 0.376 grams at 200 m/s.
