The thermal mug was tested for its heat retention capabilities. The liquid had an initial temperature of 98 degrees Celsius. After 6 hours, the temperature dropped to 70 degrees Celsius, and after 12 hours it was 50 degrees Celsius.

For me, it’s a very good mug. There is no ‘plastic’ smell, as is often the case with other products of this type. I also own Esbit thermoses and I recommend them too!

The mug keeps the temperature well and fits comfortably in the hand, but it completely changes the taste of coffee. I’ll see if this changes after a few uses, but if not, unfortunately, I won’t recommend it.

Good mug. I use it in the car while travelling—the spout makes drinking much easier because you don't have to tilt the mug too much and you can focus on driving. It keeps the heat reasonably well, usually sufficient for 3–4 hours. With harder knocks the paint may start to wear off over time—it's not an issue for me, but it might bother some.
