Sports muesli is a wholesome and nutritious meal based on oatmeal, with the addition of fruit. It is easy to prepare and is a great choice for fans of tasty and filling food.

Ingredients: 60% muesli (oat groats, 14% raisins, wheat flakes (wheat, salt), bran flakes (corn flour, mixed rye, wheat bran, sugar, wheat malt, salt), 5% flaxseed, 3% dates, 3% apple chunks (apple, sugar)), milk powder, soy protein, sugar.

Preparation: open the top of the bag at the marked place, pour water to the indicated level, mix, close and let stand for 3 minutes.
