The shoes are not a priority in terms of appearance, but they don't look bad. The size refers to the insole, so they fit well even with thick socks. Wearing them, you feel comfortable, but it is worth walking around the house in them a bit at first, as the insole may slide initially. They are not slippery on snow. Although they are not perfect snow boots, for this price they make a great substitute.
