Direct Action Vanguard Combat Trousers - Flecktarn

Combat trousers in Flecktarn camouflage, designed for full mobility during tactical operations. Made from durable NyCo Rip-Stop fabric that effectively protects against tears. Stretch panels made of elastic material enhance user comfort. The knees are reinforced with 500D Cordura and feature internal pockets for pads.

The main material is NyCo Rip-Stop fabric, composed of 50% nylon and 50% cotton, offering high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. In the areas of the knees, crotch, and seat, elastic and breathable stretch panels have been used to prevent the trousers from shifting and to improve freedom of movement.

The knee area is reinforced with 500D Cordura, providing increased tear resistance, and features pockets for internal knee pads. The pockets themselves are made of breathable polyester mesh, enhancing ventilation.

The model features a total of 8 functional pockets:

• two classic hip pockets with reinforced edges
• two front zippered pockets with internal organizers
• two thigh pockets with hook-and-loop closure
• two lower leg pockets, also secured with hook-and-loop fasteners

Spacious thigh pockets allow you to carry a large amount of gear. The flaps can be tucked inside and left open thanks to Velcro fasteners. The interior of the hip pockets is made of breathable mesh that helps remove fine debris. Their edges are reinforced with Cordura, which increases durability during daily use with tools such as a knife or multitool.

Instead of traditional buttons, a YKK zipper fly and Velcro closure have been used, allowing for easy waist adjustment depending on the number of worn layers. The inner side of the waistband is lined with soft 3D Mesh polyester fabric, which minimizes the risk of chafing and enhances ventilation. Reinforced belt loops allow for comfortable carrying of even heavier tactical belts.

The leg adjustment is done using Velcro straps located behind the knees and at the cuffs, allowing precise fit to both the body shape and worn knee pads.

Flecktarn is a classic German military camouflage pattern, officially introduced for use by the Bundeswehr in 1990. The pattern is based on small, irregular spots in five colors – typically dark green, olive, brown, black and beige. With the distribution of numerous dots and blurred boundaries between the colors, Flecktarn effectively distracts from the wearer's silhouette in forest terrain, as well as in scrubland or against the background of forest undergrowth. The camouflage was designed for European climatic conditions, especially for the temperate zone. To this day, Flecktarn remains a standard pattern used by the German army, other military and police officers. Its effectiveness has led to numerous variants and adaptations in other countries.
