Direct Action Spitfire QR Plate Carrier Tactical Vest - Adaptive Green
Tactical Plate Carrier vest in Adaptive Green, made from durable 500D Cordura and softshell. The optimised design offers complete freedom of movement, and its modular setup makes it easy to adapt to user requirements. The QR variant is fitted with Duraflex Quick Release Buckles positioned both on the shoulders and at the cummerbund, enabling the vest to be removed instantly in emergencies and making it comfortable to put on and take off. The front and rear panels are designed for ballistic inserts compatible with the SAPI/ESAPI standard.
Durable 500D Cordura
The Spitfire Plate Carrier QR is constructed from laser-cut laminate, abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura and softshell. The vest provides full freedom of movement, with a modular structure allowing for precise customisation to fit the user’s needs. Laser-cutting technology replaces traditional MOLLE webbing, reducing weight and limiting moisture absorption.
Durable construction, hypalon handles
Robust and flexible hypalon handles guarantee fast and efficient adjustment. These handles, combined with the Quick Release system, also ensure instant medical access during rescue operations and offer exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing and extreme temperatures. The thoughtful design allows for orderly and secure cable management both at the plate pockets and along the Cummerbund. The front flap can be attached directly to the vest’s body or via Chest Rig buckles (compatible with Mayflower/Velocity, HSP and other systems), or the vest can be used without a flap. The interchangeable Cummerbund has room for side plates. The rear panel is adapted to the Crye Precision AVS system using zip fasteners. A further advantage is the reinforced evacuation handle.
Laser-cut system, velcro panel
The vest surface features Laser-Cut holes, compatible with MOLLE equipment. This allows for complete flexibility in attaching pouches, pockets or containers. There is a zipped chest pocket with a Velcro panel, providing a place to attach patches or insignia as desired.
Duraflex Quick Release buckles, low-profile design
The QR (Quick Release) version is distinguished by an integrated quick release system based on Duraflex buckles that allow the vest to be dropped instantly with a single movement should the need arise. These buckles are placed on the shoulders and at the cummerbund and feature sturdy handles with straps to aid operation, even while wearing gloves. The low-profile design ensures comfort is maintained even during use in tight spaces.

LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
