Defcon 5 Scorpion Light Softshell Jacket - Black

A lightweight black softshell tactical jacket, designed as an outer layer for operational use, outdoor activities and everyday wear in changeable weather conditions. Made from flexible technical softshell fabric, combining polyester and spandex, it effectively protects against wind and light rain. The model features an extensive layout of eight functional pockets and velcro panels for unit identification. The design is complemented by an adjustable hood that can be completely detached and underarm vents supporting thermal comfort during intense exertion.

The construction is made from durable softshell fabric containing 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The spandex blend gives the material the right flexibility, ensuring full freedom of movement during dynamic tactical activities. The outer layer with hydrophobic properties effectively repels water droplets, while the compact material structure efficiently blocks gusts of wind. The fabric maintains optimal breathability, helping to wick away excess moisture generated by the body during marching.

The Scorpion model is equipped with 8 practical pockets:

• 2 large chest pockets fastened with zips, with internal reinforced cable ports for routing wires from headsets or radios,
• 2 internal pockets fastened with zips, intended for the safe carrying of documents and a phone,
• 2 shoulder pockets on both sleeves, zip-fastened, providing convenient access to essential accessories,
• 1 forearm pocket located on the left sleeve, suitable for carrying keys, an access card or small items of equipment,
• 1 large rear pocket with access from both sides, closed with two zips, intended for gloves, a cap or a map.

The jacket is equipped with a detachable hood adjusted with an elastic drawstring and cord lock, which can be rolled up or completely detached when needed. Under the arms there are zip ventilation openings, allowing quick adjustment of air circulation during increased physical effort. The forearms are additionally reinforced with a double layer of fabric, which reduces the risk of abrasion in difficult terrain. The main fastening is a robust zip, and the zips are complemented by silent pulls (silenced pulls), which eliminate noise during quiet movement. The cuff circumference is adjusted using velcro tabs, while an internal drawstring allows adjustment at the waist.

Velcro panels are placed on both shoulder pockets. The soft velcro allows quick and efficient attachment of unit patches, national flags, service name tapes and Morale Patches emblems.
