Defcon 5 Easy Backpack Backpack 45 l - Vegetato

Tactical backpack in Vegetato camouflage, designed for carrying equipment during field and tactical operations. The model is made from durable 1000D polyester, and its design includes a main compartment, an additional laptop compartment, and 5 external pockets. External MOLLE webbing, compatibility with a hydration system, as well as a padded carry system with a chest strap and hip belt improve carrying comfort.

The backpack is made from durable 1000D polyester, which stands out for its high abrasion resistance and resistance to moisture. The fibres' low water absorption limits material soak-through, while its dense weave increases durability during intensive use.

The backpack is equipped with a main compartment intended for carrying larger pieces of equipment and an additional compartment that can be used as space for a laptop. The additional compartment includes hidden pockets for organising documents, maps, and small accessories. The design is also compatible with a hydration system, allowing the use of a water tank.

The model is equipped with:

• a main compartment – with an additional divider and a smaller quick-access pocket closed with a zip,
• an additional laptop compartment – with a divider pocket and hidden organiser pockets,
• 5 external pockets – including 4 smaller front pockets, 2 of which feature a flat design.

The back panel has a shaped and padded construction that improves comfort when carrying the backpack. The padded shoulder straps can be adjusted at the bottom using webbing straps and Fastex buckles, allowing the carry system to be fitted to the user's build. The elastic chest strap with a Fastex buckle and hip belt help stabilise the backpack and limit its shifting during movement. At the top there is a carry and drag handle that makes it easier to lift, carry, and quickly move the backpack.

The outer surface of the backpack is covered with MOLLE system webbing, which allows compatible pockets, pouches, and additional pieces of equipment to be attached. The shoulder straps also feature 2 D-rings, which serve as additional points for quickly attaching small accessories.

Vegetato is an Italian military camouflage introduced at the beginning of the 21st century as the standard camouflage pattern of the Italian Armed Forces. The pattern is based on irregular, multi-layered patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and earthy red. Vegetato, also known as mimetico Vegetata or Italian Woodland, was developed as a more modern alternative to older woodland-type patterns. Thanks to its expanded colour palette and thoughtfully arranged patches, the camouflage effectively breaks up the soldier's silhouette and performs well in varied natural surroundings - especially in areas covered with low and medium vegetation. Due to its character and colour scheme, Vegetato adapts well to conditions found in many regions of Europe, including both Mediterranean and temperate climates.
