This is my main sandbag, which I fill with fine gravel instead of sand, reaching a weight of around 25 kg. For safety, I also use thick refuse sacks – thanks to this, nothing spills out or creates dust. Over 15 years of use, I've only gone through two such bags, which I consider a great result. I definitely recommend it.

Durable punching bag designed for strength training and functional training. Made of 7-layer plawil, it can be filled with a maximum load of 35 kg.
It is equipped with 7 strong handles, which allow you to perform a wide set of exercises. Each handle is reinforced with a special break-resistant insert and stitched with durable nylon webbing.
The set includes three weight inserts, which can be filled with any loose fill such as sand or ballast shot. Free filling of each cartridge allows the use of different combinations of loads.
The compartment for the load inserts is closed with a zipper.
