I've been using this scarf for a while now and I'm very satisfied with it. The fabric is delicate, pleasant to the touch, and effectively protects against cold and gusts of wind. Additionally, it's easy to adjust, meaning it doesn't shift when in use.

Columbia Trail Shaker Gaiter Protective Scarf - Black
Multifunctional protective scarf made of 100% lightweight, warm and breathable polyester fabric and equipped with Omni-Heat thermoreflective lining. Provides protection from wind, dust, sun and cold.
Durable polyester, elastic welt
It is made of lightweight and soft fleece, which does not cause chafing and efficiently wicks away moisture. It is equipped with an elastic drawstring ending in a stopper, allowing to adjust the scarf to the shape of the face. The contoured lower edge can be tucked under a jacket or sweatshirt for extra protection against wind and cold.
Omni-Heat lining
The inner side is lined with a thermoreflective lining, Omni-Heat, which helps regulate temperature by reflecting and retaining heat generated by the body. The system is based on a lining with a “matrix” of aluminum dots. When it is cold, the dots reflect the heat generated by the body. When, on the other hand, the body is heated and begins to sweat, the dots dissipate excess heat.
Versatile use, compact size
The design of the scarf allows it to be used as: a shawl, protective mask, cap or headband. After folding, the scarf takes up little space, it can be carried in the pocket of a jacket or trousers.

It works great during cooler days. The material is pleasant to the touch, does not irritate the skin, and covers the neck well. I have used it both on walks and at the shooting range – it is comfortable to wear and doesn't slip off. A simple product, but it can be very useful.

When wearing the Columbia Buff in winter, it warms well or even retains heat better, but it collects a lot of moisture during breathing. After a walk, near the breathing area, the Buff Columbia is completely wet; while walking, water was dripping from me. I do not recommend this product to anyone for purchase.

It is extremely comfortable, pleasant to the touch, does not absorb odours, and gives the impression of always being fresh, probably thanks to a special inner coating. I definitely recommend it for colder days and winter.
