Columbia Element Blocker III Jacket - Black

Lightweight trekking jacket in Black designed for all-day wear in changing weather. The waterproof and breathable outer layer with taped seams shields against rain, while the zip-in insulating layer provides extra warmth on cooler days. The Zip-In Interchange system allows the jacket to be worn as a shell only, an insulated inner layer, or a complete 3-in-1 set.

The outer layer is made from a combination of polyester microfibres and nylon. The materials provide durability, low weight, and comfort during wear. The model is equipped with a detachable warm liner that can also be used separately. It uses synthetic Microtemp XF II insulation with a 80 g/m2 grammage. It is made of polyester, partially sourced from recycled materials, making it a more eco-friendly solution. Its unique structure provides optimal thermal insulation, delivering warmth and comfort in low temperatures.

The modern Omni-Tech membrane with a microporous structure provides breathability at the level of 10000 g/m2 and waterproofness at the level of 10000 mm/m2. It effectively shields against adverse weather conditions while maintaining very good air circulation. Sealed seams form an additional barrier against rain.

The model is equipped with 4 practical pockets closed with a zip:

The jacket is fastened with a zip finished with a chin guard that limits wind penetration. Maintaining the right temperature is supported by drawstrings located at the hip line and in the hood. Velcro-adjustable cuffs allow for a better fit to the user's silhouette. The extended back increases protection for the back while walking, bending over, and operating in the field.
