The cap fits well on my head, I chose the largest size and it works great for my big head (especially because of my hair). It keeps the heat well and provides good ventilation, so my head doesn't sweat.

The material from which the balaclava is made is relatively thin, but provides adequate thermal protection. Combined with a hat, it is perfect for cold days and also works well as a cover under a helmet. Small holes are placed at the front to help remove moisture from exhaled air, which reduces the risk of freezing and minimises the sensation of cold. I recommend this product.
