The materials are of very high quality, and the overall design is practical and well thought out in terms of the most essential first-aid supplies for field use. It fits in well with your kit, has proven itself in use, and I recommend it.
Clawgear IFAK Rip-Off Pouch Core First Aid Pouch - MultiCam
MultiCam tactical first aid pouch designed for the safe and organised carry of essential medical supplies during field operations. The rip-away design allows for instant detachment and immediate access to the contents in emergency situations.
durable material
The pouch is made entirely of polyamide. This fabric provides good resistance to mechanical wear, durability, and low weight.
Thoughtful pocket layout, numerous compartments and straps
The pouch is equipped with two flat external pockets. The front pocket is closed with a zip and is suitable for carrying documents or additional medical supplies. The rear pocket is designed specifically for carrying Trauma Shears rescue scissors. Their external placement provides quick and direct access without the need to open the main compartment. This solution makes it possible to reach for the scissors efficiently in a situation requiring immediate action.
The inside of the pouch is equipped with layered flat pockets and elastic loops for accessories. This layout makes it easier to arrange the contents logically and allows the internal organisation to be tailored to individual needs.
Elastic straps stabilise the carried items, limiting their movement while on the move. At the same time, they allow quick access to the equipment without the need to search through the entire compartment. At the bottom of the pouch there is a loop intended for medical tape.
IFAK system, velcro panel
The first aid pouch is based on the IFAK system, which thanks to the velcro panel and MOLLE straps allows quick tear-away removal from a belt, backpack, or vest. The large handle makes for a secure grip and allows the pouch to be detached from the panel in an instant. Combined with the wide opening of the main compartment, this improves ergonomics in use and shortens access time to the contents. The velcro panel (velcro) allows attachment of any patches or emblems, for example a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior programme. Its goal was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions.
The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on shades of green in wooded terrain or browns and beiges in desert regions - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe it works particularly well in the autumn period and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the U.S. Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, which makes it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
