The image quality far exceeded my expectations. Sharp details across the entire field, a three-dimensional effect and a high level of detail. Additionally, the focus ring and adjustment work very precisely, and the binoculars are comfortable to hold thanks to the pleasant-to-touch plastic coating. The image brightness is impressive. The Bushnell H2O line of binoculars are completely waterproof binoculars whose housings are covered with Soft Texture Grip rubber armor, guaranteeing a great grip and protection against bumps and drops from low heights. H20 models are an excellent choice for water sports enthusiasts and all other users who want to use binoculars in any conditions without worrying about getting them wet, dusty or fogged up.
Convenient and quick focus adjustment is carried out via a central knob. In addition, each H2O binocular has adjustable eyecups and a diopter on the right eyepiece to compensate for any differences between the observer's left and right eyes.
The housing is made of lightweight and durable aluminum. The binoculars are IPX7 waterproof, which is equivalent to being submerged to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.
Technologies used:
- Fully Multi Coated: the critical air-glass boundaries have been fully coated with anti-reflective coatings to reduce unwanted reflections and losses of light passing through the optics.
- BaK-4: the highest quality optical glass used for the prisms used in the binoculars. BaK-4 glass prisms offer a level of brightness and image clarity unmatched by binoculars using cheaper Bk-7 optical glass.
- Water Proof: the binoculars' tubes are filled with dry nitrogen gas and sealed with O-rings, which prevents internal fogging of the optics and makes the binoculars resistant to rain, dust and temporary immersion.
- Soft Texture Grip: a rubber armor with a soft, non-slip texture that provides a secure grip even for wet or frozen hands and cushioning for bumps and drops from low heights.
