Bushnell Engage series binoculars with a fixed magnification of 10x and a lens diameter of 42 mm.
Thanks to advanced technologies, this model offers very high resolution and image contrast, as well as a wide field of view. Adjustable eyecups and diopter correction guarantee comfort during long observations and the possibility of individual adjustment.
Technologies used:
- FMC (Fully Multi-Coated): all air-glass borders have been multi-coated with anti-reflective coatings to minimise unwanted reflections and loss of light passing through the optics.
- EXO Barrier Protection: an advanced protective coating that prevents water droplets, dust from settling and resists scratches for easier viewing even in the rain. The technology also helps prevent condensation from our breath.
- DPC (Dielectric Prism Coating): advanced coatings on roof prisms that provide maximum brightness and clarity for improved colour fidelity, resolution and contrast.
- PC-3 Phase Coating: advanced coatings on roof prisms that eliminate phase shift losses of reflected light waves, which improves colour fidelity, resolution and contrast.
- ED (Extra-low Dispersion): special glass with a low light dispersion coefficient. Lenses made from this glass provide above-average resolution and contrast, while virtually eliminating chromatic aberration, which is visible in less advanced binoculars as characteristic purple or yellow colour anomalies at the edges of observed objects.
- UWB (Ultra Wide Band Coating): additional anti-reflective coating applied to all lenses.
- BaK-4: the highest quality optical glass used for the prisms used in the binoculars. BaK-4 glass prisms offer a level of brightness and image clarity unmatched by binoculars using cheaper Bk-7 optical glass.
The binoculars meet the IPX7 waterproof standard (immersion in water for up to 30 minutes at a depth of up to 1 metre).

The binoculars are excellent. The magnified image is exceptionally sharp, bright, with an incredible amount of detail. Previously, I used an old military 7x45 and this new one is a completely different quality – it's like switching to a Mercedes. Highly recommended, definitely worth buying.
