In short, this cover does an excellent job. I put it on a 25L backpack and it fits perfectly, there’s no need to stretch it specially. I've been caught in the rain a few times, and the interior stayed completely dry, nothing got wet. The cover clings securely and doesn’t slip off, even when I move around a lot. The material seems sturdy, not delicate or prone to quick damage. If you walk outdoors often, it’s really worth having.

The cover has a sewn-in elastic band all around. It fits a 30-litre backpack, a 22-litre one as well as an 18-litre bag. It has a nice olive shade. When folded, it takes up little space.
