Bros DEET 50% Mosquito and Tick Repellent Liquid - 130 ml

Modern repellent against mosquitoes, including tropical species, as well as ticks and blackflies. The high concentration of DEET (50%) ensures effective protection for a long time. The product is suitable for lovers of hiking, forest walks, fishing, and gardening work.

Duration of action up to 12 hours

Protects against common mosquitoes for up to 12 hours, against tropical mosquitoes and blackflies for up to 10 hours, and against ticks for up to 9 hours.

product ingredients

N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide, or DEET, is currently the most effective commonly available substance that repels mosquitoes and ticks. The effectiveness of the Bros product has been confirmed by laboratory tests.

Due to the very high concentration of DEET, the product must not be applied to plastic (e.g. glasses, watches, cameras, camcorders, etc.), synthetic fabrics, including so-called breathable and membrane fabrics (e.g. Gore-Tex), as well as painted and varnished surfaces.

Directions for use

Areas exposed to bites should be sprayed from a distance of 15 cm. Apply the repellent to the face and neck indirectly - first spray it onto your hand, then spread the product.

    An effective mosquito repellent, works very quickly. Surprisingly pleasant scent and it doesn't have a strong, chemical smell. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on ticks (just like other products with DEET). A plus is the good value for money and capacity.

DEET 50% works well against mosquitoes and ticks – the difference is noticeable immediately after application, there are significantly fewer insects. The bottle is convenient, the spray works fine, and it applies without any problems. The 130ml volume lasts a long time if used sensibly. The smell is noticeable, but for this kind of product, it is to be expected. Very useful for hikes, fishing, or field trips. The only downside is that due to the high concentration, it's best to apply it carefully to sensitive skin and not overdo it.
