Brandit CWU Hooded Jacket - Black

The jacket in black colour, stylistically inspired by popular flyers aviation models, is an insulated version of the CWU cut. It combines a military character with a soft plush finish that supports thermal comfort on cooler days.

Durable nylon outer fabric, a warm lining, an adjustable hood, and a well-thought-out pocket layout make the jacket suitable for everyday wear and outdoor activities in both early spring and autumn.

The outer layer is made of 100% nylon. The fabric stands out with a smooth, slightly glossy surface typical of flight jackets. Nylon is characterised by good resistance to everyday use, and its compact structure shields against wind and limits the penetration of cold. The material remains lightweight while also being durable.

The inside of the jacket is finished with a soft plush lining made of 100% polyester. The fluffy texture is found on the body and inside the hood, creating an additional insulating layer. The lining improves wearing comfort in lower temperatures and helps reduce heat loss.

The sleeves use a separate lining made of 100% polyester. The smooth fabric makes it easier to put the jacket on over a sweatshirt or jumper and reduces the snagging of the material on clothing worn underneath.

The jacket is equipped with 2 large front pockets with flaps fastened with velcro. The roomy design allows you to carry essential accessories such as a phone, wallet, keys, gloves, or small everyday equipment.

At the top of the left sleeve there is a sleeve pocket characteristic of CWU jackets, closed with a zip. On the side of the pocket there is an organiser intended for pens or similar slim accessories. In addition, the model is equipped with an internal pocket with a zip.

The model is equipped with a solid metal zip. The zip has an extended pull, which makes it easier to operate even while wearing gloves. Behind the zip there is an internal windproof strip that limits cold air from getting through the closure. When the jacket is zipped up, the raised collar protects the neck.

The jacket is equipped with an insulated hood. The inside of the hood, like the upper part of the body, is finished with a soft plush fabric, so it better shields the head and neck from the cold. The hood has sewn-in straps that allow circumference adjustment and a better fit to the head.

The sleeves are finished with knit cuffs. The elastic fabric conforms to the wrists, reduces draughts, and helps keep warmth inside the sleeves. The bottom edge of the jacket is finished with a wide waistband. It stabilises the jacket on the hips, improves the fit, and reduces shifting of the material while walking or sitting.

The drawstrings are made from a blend of 69% acrylic and 31% polyester, which provides elasticity and durability during regular use.
