Blaupunkt ER20 Emergency Radio - Green Camo

AM/FM radio with alarm clock and power bank function. Perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, beach outings, as well as daily situations when an external power source is unavailable.

Analogue radio tuner, telescopic antenna

This model is equipped with a dual-band analogue tuner, allowing reception of broadcasts on FM and AM bands. FM is received in the range of 87.5 – 108.0 MHz, while AM is from 522 – 1620 KHz. The range can be changed using the "Mode" button on the front panel. Automatic station tuning is done with the "Prog" button, but manual tuning is also available. The device memory stores up to 50 FM stations and 20 AM. The telescopic antenna allows for high-quality reception, and its direction can be freely adjusted.

LED torch, SOS mode

The SOS alarm function produces an acoustic signal of 110 dB, facilitating rescue workers in locating and finding people in need of help during emergencies. The ER20 receiver is also equipped with a torch, thanks to a built-in LED with three lighting modes.

Built-in battery, solar panel, hand generator

A battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh is powered by a built-in solar module or a manual hand generator. Fully charging via the solar panel requires about 60 hours in the sun. The panel is equipped with a lamp as an additional light source. By using the generator, after 360 rotations, it provides enough energy for approximately 30 minutes of radio or torch operation. Charging from an external source is possible with the included USB-C cable, which reduces charging time to 4-5 hours.

Power bank function, battery level indicator

The radio, via the USB-C port, functions as a portable power bank, allowing charging of most electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and notebooks. The built-in charge indicator displays the battery status during use. A fully charged battery allows for radio use for 10 to 15 hours.

    The radio with alarm is made from solid materials. Its advantage is the ability to charge both using the built-in dynamo and from the mains electricity. An additional plus is the presence of two independent light sources. I definitely recommend this product.

    The product is solid and meets all expectations for this type of equipment. The digital dial is very practical and, in my opinion, it's worth paying extra for it. The spring mechanism works flawlessly. I haven't had the chance to test the solar panel. The price could be lower, especially as the device does not support DAB+.

    Good value for money, I got it for someone as a birthday gift. Good camo colour, has solar, extra features... It's portable, I was expecting it to be bigger but I guess it can be a plus to carry it lightweight. Battery is 2000 capacity, not the best but then again cheaper chinese brands may not be as declared. All in all good purchase for the cost. Shipping was quick as usual, customs free to UK which is a huge positive.
