This is already my second foil bought from this shop. I used it as an extra layer under the sleeping mats in a tent. Honestly, it saved us from flooding – at a festival our tent was standing in water, moisture was getting in from below, but this foil held back the water until evacuation, and previously insulated very well. The foil is extremely useful and its advantage is that it can be used many times. The set includes a case with a whistle, which is very practical. It's good to always have it with you for unforeseen situations, although hopefully that happens as rarely as possible.

I bought it just in case – for my wife's car and my own backpack. I think it’s a basic item of equipment, regardless of the type of travel. It looks more durable than a standard NRC foil, so I can confidently recommend it to everyone.

NRC in a handy pouch, in a colour that’s easy to spot among other things. I think such or similar solutions should be mandatory in every first aid kit. The emergency whistle on the end of the cord is a nice addition.

It looks like a quite solid product. The foil seems noticeably thicker than standard rescue blankets (almost double the thickness). It's another thing that's worth having in your backpack for emergencies.

The NRC foil is an essential item for every tourist! Apart from its rescue function, it works great at night on cold days, I cover my sleeping bag with it, and during heatwaves I put it over the tent on the sunny side, open the vestibules wide and I have a pleasant temperature.
