Armytek Wizard C2 Pro Magnet USB Warm 3w1 PCB Head Torch and Right-Angle Torch 2330 Lumens

Head torch and angled torch in black, with a compact design, intended for everyday carry, work, sports activities and field use. The LED diode produces a light output of up to 2330 lumens and reaches a beam distance of up to 129 metres.

The uncomplicated design allows the device to be used as a handheld torch, head torch or a light source attached to equipment. Included are a headband, clip, nylon holster and an 18650 Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 3500 mAh and a built-in PCB protection circuit.

The body is made of aircraft-grade aluminium with a matt anodised finish. The profiled body shape improves grip security and makes operation easier, including while wearing gloves. The model meets the high IP68 waterproof rating (protection when submerged in water to a depth of up to 10 metres for 5 hours), and it also maintains resistance to drops from heights of up to 10 metres.

The torch can be used as a head torch thanks to the included headband. The holder design allows for quick one-handed installation and removal of the torch without the need for additional tools. The device placed in the holder can be rotated through up to 180 degrees.

A springy, removable clip allows the torch to be securely attached to a belt, backpack or other item of equipment. There is a strong magnet in the base of the body, allowing the device to be mounted to any metal surface. The model can also be carried in the included holster. The torch is compatible with mounts from the AHM series.

The Wizard C2 Pro has 2 control methods:

• simple mode - 6 basic operating levels,
• advanced mode - 12 modes intended for more precise light management.

Modes are changed using the side button. The memory function restores the last used level when the torch is turned on again.

• Turbo3: 2330 lm for 2 h 40 min, then 605 lm after 30 s
• Turbo2: 1630 lm for 2 h 45 min, then 605 lm after 2 min
• Turbo1: 810 lm for 2 h 50 min, then 605 lm after 9 min
• Main3: 344 lm for 5 h 15 min
• Main2: 149 lm for 12 h 15 min
• Main1: 42 lm for 43 h
• Firefly3: 5.6 lm for 12 days
• Firefly2: 1.4 lm for 40 days

The torch uses a TIR lens, which shapes a beam with a wide angle and even light distribution. The beam covers a wide area in front of the user while maintaining adequate range.

The beam reaches an angle of up to 120 degrees, and the maximum range is 129 metres. The lack of a pronounced and sharp hot spot reduces eye strain during longer work sessions and makes it easier to observe the entire surroundings.

The front optical module is protected by a steel bezel and tempered glass with an anti-reflective coating. These elements protect the TIR lens from mechanical damage and improve light transmission.

The device uses an active temperature control system that continuously monitors operating conditions and adjusts performance parameters. After reaching a high temperature of approximately +58 degrees Celsius the device automatically reduces brightness, which helps limit component overheating.

The system effectively protects the LED diode and battery from excessive load, extending their service life and maintaining stable torch operation. The head design has been optimised for efficient heat dissipation, which supports operation in higher brightness modes.

The torch is powered by a single 18650 Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 3500 mAh and a PCB protection circuit. The power system design was developed with safety in mind - the PCB system protects against short circuits, even with the charging port open.

Charging takes place using a magnetic USB cable. The connector attaches to the rear of the torch, without the need to open a separate port in the body. The connector design is resistant to moisture, and full short-circuit protection also safeguards the system in the event of magnetic contact with metal objects.

During charging the indicator diode provides information about the process status:

• red light - charging in progress
• green light - charging complete
• orange light - USB source voltage too low or charging current limited

Battery level indicator:

• orange flashing once every 2 seconds - low level, below 25%
• red flashing once per second - critical level, below 10%

Temperature indicator:

• orange flashing three times within 2 seconds - warning level
• red flashing 3 times within one second - critical level
